CHOCOLATE HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS: Please Understand: The chocolates we ship are very fresh and should be eaten immediately upon opening. If the chocolates are not to be opened immediately, please refrigerate up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 2 months. NOTE: Please allow our chocolates to come to room temperature before opening the container. From a refrigerator allow 2 hours. From a freezer allow 4 hours. NOTE TO OUR CUSTOMERS: At Rebecca Ruth we believe that anyone can make chocolates and package them for mass market. However, making excellent chocolates is as much an art as a science. Many of the candies in our popular Triple Crown, Edna's Party Pleasers, and Cosmopolitan assortments to name a few, are made exclusively by hand and will vary in size. We must achieve the stated weight of a box. Therefore we must by trial and error, substitute various pieces of different weight. A carmel for instance weighs more than a butter cream. By adjusting pieces, we can make weight as required by law. Though this is time consuming, we must live within the law. We try to give you the largest assortment of chocolates possible within the theme of the assortment. However each box may vary a bit as we are talking about hand made chocolates. After selecting products & entering in the first ship to address and all payment and billing information, --- at the bottom of the confirmation screen is a "click text" in blue ---> "Ship to Address #2" This is decidedly difficult to follow, and you must commit to and pay for the first order, before this option appears.
